I'm an assistant professor in philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I'm interested in all kinds of issues in the philosophy of mind, metaphysics, and philosophy of action.
Right now, I'm working on a novel theory of practical knowledge that explains our knowledge of what we are doing intentionally as a form of stipulative knowledge. I have also been doing research on a new desideratum for the metaphysic of the open future, a desideratum needed to accommodate the mental act of trying.
I also like to spend time thinking about modal testimony, modal metaphysics, free will, mental representation, vagueness, and the epistemology of presentness.
